Olivia Allen began her training at the age of three at Gotta Dance! She later was accepted into the Gifted and Talented Honors Dance Performance Program at Somerset County Vo-Tech High school where she was able to perform at the National High School Dance Festivals in Miami, FL, Norfolk VA, and Philadelphia PA. Over the years, Olivia has studied all forms of dance, such as Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Tap, Lyrical, Pointe, and Hip Hop. Olivia has performed works by Ruth St. Dennis including "Soaring" and "Floor Plastique". She has been a member of the marked dance project and Freespace Junior Dance Company. She has been teaching at many dance studios since 2009 while working to obtain her Associates of Fine Arts in dance at Raritan Valley Community College.
She is currently working with Verlezza Dance on a new dance opera titled Icarus Rising which premieres in December 2015.
Olivia is currently the Operations Manger; Overseeing billing, costuming, and merchandising here at Gotta Dance. She is also the Director of our Heartbeat Dance Team.
