Mirta

Mirta DiFelice has been teaching at Gotta Dance for 27 years. Mirta is a member of Associated Dance Teachers. She performed with New Jersey Ballet Guild in the Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty and participated in master ballet classes with Edward Villela and Carolyn Clark. Mirta graduated from Douglas College in 1986 with a BA in Business and studied for three years as a BFA major at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers Campus. Mirta performed in major pieces directed by pioneers in the modern field like Don Redlich and Paulette Sears and Sherry Alban. Mirta has continued her dance education at Tremaine Dance Convention, Summit Dance Teacher convention, Teacher workshops at Broadway Dance Center and Associated Dance teacher workshops for the past 15 years with dance masters like Luigi, Frank Hatchet, Mandy Moore, Mia Michaels, Doug Caldwell, Greg Russell, Debbie Dee, Mike Minery, Bob Rizzo and many more. Miss Mirta teachers Preschool thru Pearl classes and Adult classes in ballet, jazz and tap.
