Sarah Wells

Sarah Wells is a dancer, actress, and singer who started her training at a local studio located in Spotswood, NJ and then at the American Music and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York City where she earned her degree in Dance Theatre. Sarah proudly performed in a Broadway style piece to be aired on WOWOW, a Japanese tv channel, for the Japanese Tony Awards. Sarah performed and choreographed as a member in the MCC dance ensemble in Middlesex County. She has taught and choreographed for various regional and national competitions, as well as worked for the national competitions known as Step up 2 Dance and Groove.

Sarah has had award winning tap and musical theatre choreography and has received numerous “Feet on Fire” special awards, Most Entertaining Awards and Best Choreography Awards. Recently, Sarah has had the opportunity to teach and train other dancers for Powerhouse located in Cherry Hill, NJ, for Move Dance and Fitness located in Central Jersey, and lastly Red Bank Regional for their upcoming spring showcase. Currently, Sarah is teaching tap, musical theatre, and contemporary at a number of studios and is a certified Pure Barre instructor. Additionally, she is back in school attending Montclair State University as a Physical Education and Health major. Miss Sarah teaches upper level Tap.

Discovered Dance When...
I saw my older sister light up the stage that I knew I wanted to be just like her. Since then my dance journey has never stopped and has truly become my second nature.
Favorite Artist
James Arthur or Lewis Capaldi. Their music speaks to my soul.
Hidden Talent
I can do a headstand for over three minutes!
Best Advice
The best advice I can leave with anyone is to enjoy the little things and don't let the perception of what you see on social media influence you and your decisions.
