The Dynamite Dance Team
Founded over ten years ago, the Dynamite Dance Team is a performance group dedicated to community outreach and fundraising. The “dynamic” team consists of 150 dancers ages 8 to 10 and Gotta Dance students enrolled in Amethyst through Aqua levels audition for this team in January. The team builds a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging among all of the dancers.
The Dynamite Dance Teams Perform At Exciting Locations
Each year, Dynamite Dance Team participates in exciting events and performance opportunities. Dynamite has performed at the NJ Festival of Ballooning in Branchburg, NJ, and at the Somerset Patriots Stadium in Somerset, NJ. In past years they have also graced stages at The Turtle Back Zoo, Medieval Times, Hershey Park, Dorney Park, Ellis Island, the USS Intrepid, The American Dream Mall, and the Statue of Liberty. By participating in larger events the team, as a result, reaches even bigger audiences across the Tri-State Area.

Company Auditions 2026:
Auditions are on Saturday, January 10th, at our Bridgewater Studio. (Snow Date Sunday, January 11th)
Dancers will learn all choreography at the audition.
If your dancer takes multiple disciplines, make sure you register for auditions that don’t overlap.
